Il prezzemolo di Gaza e un canto su P.Manuel – 474

La bellissima foto del raccoglitore di prezzemolo è stata scattata in una giornata pazzesca dove contadini, giornalisti e pacifisti internazionali bersagliati dal fuoco dei cecchini israeliani. La gente di Gaza non ha il diritto neanche di raccogliere il prezzemolo! Questo è solo uno dei tanti episodi che rivelano come stia tornando alla normalità la vita nella striscia. La mia amica Sara di Telepace è andata a Gaza insieme ai capi delle chiese di Gerusalemme. Ricordate? Ho già segnalato l’intervista al parroco nel nostro sito delle Famiglie della Visitazione. Qui una parte del reportage:

Domani ci sono le elezioni in Israele. Ci sono tantissimi articoli sull’argomento… Nell’attesa dei risultati vi consiglio di leggere il bignami delle elezioni di Distanti Saluti. (già che ci siete fate un giro più ampio nel simpaticissimo blog!).

Mi sono piaciuti molto gli articoli di Fulvio Scaglione scritti da Gaza. Il quinto inizia così: "Una delle mie figlie fu portata in gita scolastica a Vienna quand’era allieva di un liceo dove si studiava l’inglese e il francese ma non il tedesco. Avanzo quindi, qui, una proposta che parrà certo retorica ma che sarebbe interessante per i ragazzi: gite scolastiche al Valico di Erez, in Israele… continua

Il parroco di Gaza (!!) ha inoltrato al suo indirizzario questa canzone in inglese dedicata a lui! Eccone un video. Sotto il testo:
